Happy Tuesday!

Spring has sprung here and the cherry blossoms are blooming! I was in the mood for a cute Paris themed card with some more new goodies that I couldn’t resist buying. I’m such a sucker for all things Paris when it comes to card making and crafting!

For this card, I’ve combined several of the new Sunny Studio stamp sets to create my little scene. This is another mini slimline card because I’m really loving this size lately.

I started at the bottom of the card front panel (3″ x 6″) by stamping the cute critters enjoying a glass of wine at the sidewalk cafe. I absolutely giggled at how this turned out!

There was quite a bit of masking involved here, but the fun is all about the process. I used the Critters on the Go and Paris Afternoon stamp sets.

Next, I stamped the trees and the Arc de Triomphe from the Charming City stamp set and masked all of the images before inking the background. I used Tumbled Glass for the sky, Twisted Citron for the grass and Hickory Smoke distress ink for the sidewalk.

To finish it off, I heat embossed “Bonjour” from the Paris Afternoon stamp set on black cardstock.

Hope this brings a smile today and thanks for stopping by!
