Shore do love you!

January 17, 2020 in La-La Land Crafts - No Comments

Happy Friday!!
We’ve got a blue and gold theme this week at La-La Land Crafts and I immediately thought of Sitting Mermaid Marci. She’s one of my favorite Marci stamps and gave me an opportunity to play with some fun ocean/nautical dies and stamps too!

For the background, I inked from the top with Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Peacock Feathers distress inks. I die-cut a frame, inked it with Tumbled Glass, stamped the anchors with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with gold embossing powder.

I stamped, colored and fussy cut out the images and glued them to the card front .Then, I colored the shells, anchor and net die-cuts with Copics and added them along the bottom. To finish it off, I stamped the sentiment on a small frame die-cut and inked it with Antique Linen distress ink.
