Club La-La Land Crafts October 2019 Kit-Inspiration Projects

Hi everyone! I’m sharing a few more projects today using the Club La-La Land Crafts October 2019 kit and let me just say, this has been one of my favorite kits so far! My first card today features the adorable Warm Hugs Marci and she’s been having fun skiing! I love to find ways to stretch the use of the dies in the kit and the small lake die looked like it would make a nice pair of skis. I used the snow caps die as bindings and added a few line details with multi-liner pens to finish the look. Too fun!

I’ve also cut just a small portion of the mountains die and heat embossed it with white puff embossing powder to create a little snow drift to stick the skis in.

For my second card, I’ve featured the little ice skating piggie having fun on a winter day. I love the different look you can get for your scenes using these dies just by coloring them differently or using a different medium. For my mountains on this card I used watercolor paints on watercolor cardstock and I love the texture they have!
